Field and construction workers
These roles are the operational engine of our company, directly influencing project completion, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Renovation cleaning crew & team leads: We are looking for detail-oriented, efficient workers with experience in post-construction cleanup, debris removal, dust suppression, and fine cleaning. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of surface-safe cleaning agents, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
- Landscaping & snow removal technicians / equipment operators: We need multi-skilled crew members capable of handling seasonal transitions. This includes property maintenance and hardscaping in warmer months, as well as plowing, salting, and snow clearing in winter. Experience with commercial mowers, skid steers, plows, or salters is highly valued.
